Stopped by Friday within an hour of closing just to see if they take walking on Saturday. They saw the pain and went out of their way to make sure I was seen same day for consultation. After which was given appointment for following day to have procedure done. Everything went smooth and everyone was extremely helpful and happy. I’ve always been absolutely terrified of the dentist due to childhood experiences with cavities, so walking into any dental office is not easy for me. But Dr. Zin and her assistant Kathy completely changed that experience for me, they are truly the perfect duo. I had to get a root canal done, and they both went above and beyond to keep me calm the entire time. They made me feel safe, heard, and never once dismissed my anxiety. Instead, they were patient, gentle, and genuinely caring, which meant everything to me. I even had to bring my infant with me, which could have made things so much more stressful, but Dr. Zin handled it like a pro. She was literally rocking my baby in the stroller while doing my root canal! That level of care and compassion is something you just don’t find everywhere. The front desk team is also amazing, so welcoming and kind. A special shoutout to Amanda, who was absolutely fabulous and made everything run smoothly.
